Comcast: Planned Down-Time Tonight/Tomorrow (Monday)

Comcast will be doing work in our area (let’s hope upgrading). Comcast warns we may be down between the hours of 2-6am; typically it’s possible it extends longer. If you’re wondering why you didn’t receive any notice of this, don’t feel bad. Despite being in contact with Comcast executives, I was never told either. I was forwarded a question by Lainie Guthrie about Comcast doing maintenance in our area. I contacted Comcast to investigate.

The service rep read Comcast’s “Official Statement” – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – To improve the customer experience we are installing new fiber in the area starting 7/2/2018. Once the new fiber is installed in the customer’s area it will improve the customer’s experience. During that time, it will cause interruptions to the service.

Homeowners can now set  appointments with Comcast for the new Bulk Agreement.   Call 1-800-934-6489 to schedule your installation.

Call Comcast and set up your appointment. Their schedules are filling up fast.

Don’t wait to be  the last on the list.

No Signs Allowed!

Dear Residents,

A reminder that no signs of any type at any time may be placed in the swales.

The only signs permitted are on the front lawns and must be very small notices of security for companies such as ADT and a For Sale sign.

As no other signs are permitted we are respectfully requesting that all other signs be removed including political signs that have been placed out in front yards.

As we do not yet have 100% sign up for our bulk e-mail, please inform your neighbors of this Community Rule.

Wyndham Village Immediate Car Tow

Dear Residents,

We are informing residents and their guests not to park in the cul de sacs.

Vehicles parked in the middle of the cul-de-sac are subject to immediate towing which will start on Monday, March 12, 2018.

Parking alongside the swale is accepted; parking illegally in the middle of the road is not.
